Glad I found this service station. My previous repair shop that I went to for many years closed. Brought my car in for NYS inspection. I was promptly informed of work needed to pass inspection. The work was completed on time and as quoted. I would definitely recommend Road Ready.
I’ve been a customer at Road Ready for over 20 years and they’ve never let me down. They are honest, reliable, accommodating and have always returned my vehicles with the repairs made as promised. They also perform all of the maintenance and repairs on my company vehicle. It’s nice to know that there is still a repair shop that I can always rely on who provides excellent customer service without trying to rip me off.
We love Road Ready. We had to leave our car overnight (because of our scheduling) and when we came to pick it up in the morning our car was cleaned off and waiting for us (after a few inches of snow overnight). John and the team are always professional and accommodating.
