I only have good things to say about Road Ready! My aunt and I have been bringing our cars here for years and John at the front desk and the rest of the Road Ready crew are always extremely welcoming and kind. They take any problem you present seriously and do everything in their power to find a solution - ranging from taking a ride with you in your car to identify a noise, to examining every part of the car to ensure there are no safety concerns. Everyone there is extremely thorough in explaining what's wrong with your car so you will never walk out feeling confused or overwhelmed. Not to mention, you will always be offered free water or coffee and a quiet place to sit while waiting for your car in the newly renovated station. I would recommend Road Ready to anyone and plan on reaching out to them for my car needs for as long as possible! The kind customer interaction never goes unnoticed. Thank you!

The only place I take my cars for everything. Truly honest in their assessments, reasonable pricing and honest opinions. I've been a regular customer since 2010. It's a fantastic neighborhood mom & pop.

John is an honest guy and will let you know what repairs he recommends even if it is not what you brought your car in for, but he will not push you to do them. John will even let you know if you can wait to perform certain repairs, but will be sure to let you know what will happen if you wait too long so you can make an informed decision. My previous car crapped out and now I take my new car to John for routine maintenance and will continue to in the future.

We have been going to Road Ready since we moved to the area 4 years ago. I always feel that the mechanics take an interest in our vehicles. They identified that a Lexus service area did not perform a service that was paid for. We weren't sure if this was initially true, until a return trip to the dealership some freebies magically appeared when it was brought to this Lexus station's attention. I am also offered a fresh cup of coffee and a ride back home in the mornings when I drop my truck off for services. This is a nice perk, but I sincerely feel they are looking out for our best interests. I plan on coming back for a very long time.

It's always a pleasure dealing with John. Having a trustworthy mechanic is important. They do excellent work, great communication and send service reminders/coupons in the mail. We have been using Road Ready for years and will continue to service our vehicles there for many years to come.

Finally a Service Station with Managers and Technicians who treat you like family, not just another number. I have had the pleasure of finding this Jewel of Service Stations and I am Highly Impressed with their work on my car. When the dealers were saying I needed whatever, I drove over to Road Ready only to find out that I was being misled, and was told what the problem really was, and how it was going to cost and how long I would have to wait. The service from their Technicians is top notch and second to none. I am bringing all of my vehicles here in the future for all of the services that they need, whatever it may be. So, in the future, go to Road Ready for any servicing and it will be done right the first time.

I have been going to Road Ready Car repair, a family owned business, for over 20 years. They have been and continue to be excellent mechanics, nice people and most importantly, honest. I have never been told that I needed a repair when I didn't and when a repair is made, it's done in a professional manner, quickly and expertly. I wouldn't go to any other mechanic. Why should I?
