Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I actually never had my car serviced here. My car was due for an inspection quickly. I think i had like one more day left so i was driving around on a Saturday afternoon around 1 pm trying to find a spot with availability. I stopped by 2-3 spots before coming here to 'Road ready' and I asked the guy how long for an inspection and he said 2 hours. I had a frustrated look on me because again my inspection was due the next day, I had to pick up my daughter from dance and I couldn't find a location that was available NOW. He saw my frustration and said "you can leave your car here and I could drive you home and then pick you up when the car is ready?". Who does that???? An inspection is how much 30 bucks or something like that and he wanted to drive me home and pick me up just to gain my business. He doesn't even know where i live. I politely told him no I couldn't wait because I needed to pick up my daughter with the car and he apologized. I left and finally found a place but I never quite forgot what that gentleman told me so I had to write this review. I know good service when I see it and i know when people are honest and that guy that i spoke to was honest and reliable and very hospitable. Again I cannot speak about their car services but their honesty alone was memorable.

Super kind and professional staff. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. I've been coming to Road Ready in Bellmore for 15 years.

I do my research when it comes to automotive repairs since I am not home to have my brother do it for me. They charged me $80 to replace my headlight the first time around. I said thats alot but it is what it is. 2nd time around they charged me $140. I had no idea they would of charhed me that knowing the first time waa $80. They told me bc they went through the back of wheel to do the light and took longer. But the first time they replaced the bulb they took the bumper off. I asked them when I dropped off to put the headlight cover on that was missing. I assumed they were going to take the bumper off and therefore it was a matter of attaching the cover in the process. Instead bc they went through the wheel well they had to attached the cover through the other wheel which is why they are charging me more. John is rude, they scheduled me for a 4 o'clock appt bc they said to come later so they said 4. I dropped my,car off at 350 pm and called me at 430 saying they can't do my car bc, they didnt realize how long it would take. Knowing when I scheduled my appointment I have been there before and gave my car info over the phone. Come time for check out I was shocked at the price for a headlight. And when you go for an oil change they attached little charges u did not request like brake cleaner. The bottom of the receipt says if not satisfied tell them and I did argue the light bulb cost and got no where. Flat fee is $109 an hour for repairs. I advise to double check pricing before having them go under the hood. I initially gave them 1 star but bumped it to 3 because I did reach out to Roula and she was polite and apologized.

Real honest people! Brought my car here with a Groupon for an oil change, they called me and told me i needed a tire rotation but i declined because I'm turning my lease in soon. I went to pick up my car and redeem my groupon, they told me my Groupon actually included the rotation and put my car back in the garage and did it for me at closing time even after i told them i would come back another day so they could go home. 5 stars!!! i will definitely be coming back here for sure, great customer service
