My service center was booked with appointments so while searching online came across RoadReady and read the reviews. I didn’t see any negative feedback so I went one morning to drop off my C300 4matic to have the undercarriage noise diagnosed. Not only was the inspection thorough they contacted me back within 2 to 3 hours with a text link that had pictures of the damaged part and suggestions on what parts I needed maintenance on soon. Went through with the repair, went to pick my car up the next day and now I’m “Road Ready” lol. Service rep also corrected the tire pressure on my dads car and cleared the light. Pricing is also fair and think of it this way... you get what you pay for. I believe their work also comes with warranty I Defiantly recommend this shop for auto repair. Thanks guys I’ll be a returning customer.

Have some issues with my car, called up and Went to the shop John was there and assisted me all the way. Left the car, sent me the photos and itemized issues concerning the car and followed up call from John. He explained everything, Gave me options, and suggestions without any pressure. Very good customer service. Didn't have my car fixed yet but when I'm ready, I'll definitely come back , I know they'll take care of me and I highly recommend this shop.
