Walking through the door of this place was unlike others that I have been to, especially driving all the way from New Suffolk. Immediately was greeted and offered coffee and water. John and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The thing that caught my attention was the pictures that the staff sent to my phone of issues they noticed about my car. Goes to show how honest they are with their customers to provide proof that their not screwing their customers over. Also have to bring up how John sent a text to me a few days later asking how satisfied I am with the work and if I have experienced any issues since then. I know this doesn’t seem that much, but it shows me he’s willing to take part of his own time to check in on me if the work was done correctly. Overall an excellent place. Definitely can count on me coming back.

Brought my 2006 ford f150 to you guys on my brothers recommendation. Great shop everyone was very professional and courteous. John helped me through my issues with my truck and worked with me so I could get it to the point where it would pass inspection. The video inspection of my vehicle is actually a great thing they do so you can actually see what is really wrong . I will definitely be bringing my truck and other vehicles back to the shop for future work

They gave me a timeline for the service(s), and as usual, were right on target. I use them for all needed service, and forego the "dealer nightmare ".

John and the crew at Road Ready are friendly and professional. I appreciate the “checkup” they do on my car each time I bring it in, and they are very informative about their recommendations with regards to scheduled maintenance as well as any issues with the car. I feel comfortable trusting my car to Road Ready!
