I received a comprehensive report on what my car needed and John took the time to review everything with me so there was no surprises. They even picked me up and drove me there when my car was ready! This place is awesome! I needed an inspection done and they usually don’t do it late in the day. I wouldn’t trust any repair shop other than Road Ready. It was such a wonderful experience. Family operated for over 30 years. The mechanics are trained and certified, including advisors (they have their certifications on the wall)The service advisors are exceptional and help you understand what exactly is going on in your vehicle. They are all so kind, and want you to be happy and worry free. They offer complimentary shuttle service, even drop off your vehicle at your house! What I love most is the digital inspection I received through a link via text showing the health of my car, with photos and videos and explanations in each category! That is amazing! Never seen that before! Then the service advisors call you to explain what, why and how, and will give you an estimate on repairs, NEVER pushy about it. They are honest with you, and I trust what they say to be safe! They also offer financing options. My car is a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, with over 110,000 miles and feels and rides like a younger version! The quality, the warranty on all repairs and parts (which is 24 months/ 24,000 miles), the cleanliness and and sanitation in this shop is unreal! It’s beautiful inside, and they keep your vehicle clean and sanitize before and after! That’s very important considering the craziness of covid.
