I live in Suffolk, and have been looking for an honest and knowledgeable auto repair facility and was recommended to go here. I was truly not disappointed. The team is very nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I loved the digital report of my vehicle they sent via text. That was impressive as I’ve never seen that before. The service advisor was thorough, and was patient while explaining everything in full detail of what my needs and what it doesn’t. The pricing was competitive and they got everything done in timely fashion. They also have a 2 years 24,000 mile warranty on all repairs. The shop itself is the most clean and sanitary shop I’ve ever been too! Love all the plants and the lemon tree. Thank you Road Ready for taking care of my Nissan Rogue. Although I live far out, you are so worth it. Thank you for being honest, as a woman it gets intimidating to go to a repair shop without feeling you’re getting taken advantage of. Road ready did a thorough inspection I appreciate it.

I've used road ready in the past for repairs and they were great. Idk what happened to them now. I had brought my work truck in to get broken belts replaced along with the pulleys and an alternator. Their work carried a 2 year 24k mile warranty so a couple weeks ago on a monday one of the pieces they replaced broke, causing my truck to overheat and stall. So I bring the truck in to have the warrantied parts replaced. They have the truck for a week, had checked in earlier in the week for an update and they were waiting for the belt and subsequent parts to come in. Finally the following Monday they tell me they can't get the truck to start now. Fine, so I have it towed to the dealership bc they don't know the engine very well. The dealership proceeds ti tell me that not only was none of the belt system was replaced, it was all left apart. This wasted and extra week of my time and money with a rental and now the money I have to spend at the dealership to replace the parts and do the work they were supposed to do. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, this is completely unacceptable practices. Please beware

You will not find a more meticulous or friendly shop anywhere. They can work on anything from Hondas to Jaguars. And they do it well!
