Gus and Roula Malafis, owners of Road Ready, have been committed to happily serving the community's auto repair needs creating a legacy of honest, reliable, and convenient service for over 30 years. Combining Gus' passion for fixing cars with Roula's love for helping others, they opened 'G&R' in North Bellmore in 1990.

With an expanding business and growing customer base, it was time to think bigger than G&R. In 2001 Gus and Roula moved their business down the block to a larger facility, and Road Ready was born. Fast forward to 2008, a new family member, our son-in-law, John, joined the Road Ready team as our Manager and Service Advisor. John's passion for customer satisfaction and perfectionism in car maintenance made him a perfect fit for the Road Ready family to continue and grow our legacy even further.
